Become a contracted agency and receive high quality training at a location you choose. Get access to free training and discounted rates on all training. With several options available, Professional Law Enforcement can develop a plan that fits your agency’s needs.
What does a contracted agency receive?
Training specifically designed for your agency at a location close to home. Professional Law Enforcement has several instructors, each with their own unique specialty. We will instruct the topics you want with a qualified subject matter expert.
Depending upon your location, the training can be hosted at your facility or a location within 30 miles of your agency. Classrooms must be able to accommodate a minimum of 25 students comfortably. If your department does not have the facilities, Professional Law Enforcement will secure a location in your area.
In addition to the training we bring to you, officers from a contracted agency may attend other Professional Law Enforcement training events across the state for free or reduced rates.
What is the cost to become a contracted agency?
A flat fee will be determined based upon the size of your agency and the hours of training chosen to have delivered at your location. A minimum of 16 hours of training is required for a one year contract. Each hour of training contracted for at your location will be delivered up to three times during the year in order to allow all officers from your agency to attend, all for the cost of the one hour.
The flat fee is based off a basic rate of $7.50 per hour per officer your agency employs. As an example, a ten officer agency would be assessed at $75.00 per hour for the number of hours they choose to have delivered at their location (or within 30 miles, minimum of 16 hours). A 16 hour contract would be $1,200, 24 hours for $1,800, 48 hours for $3,600, etc…
Additional costs may be added to the basic rate in determining the flat fee depending on the circumstances such as facilities cost, range fees, or equipment fees. Once the fee is determined and paid, all members of the agency will be able to attend Professional Law Enforcement training across the state for free or reduced rates along with the local training for free.
